Reporting to the Head of Learning, this position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong Learning Business Partner relationships to facilitate the assessment, guidance & support for the Learning Organization elements to build and enhance performance and capability across Tech Ops.
The Learning Business Partner Lead works with their assigned OpU or Centre Leadership team, to develop learning strategies that assure appropriate capability exists to meet our Supply Value proposition. Additionally they will also work directly with the site Training Leads, Business Excellence Leads for the OpU or center role to ensure robust Learning system elements are in place and appropriate technical learning solutions are provided for site and OpU use. The Lead will provide guidance, support, and coaching for site Training Leads to assure that there are appropriate capabilities in place to support efficient and effective learning systems and processes for Tech Ops.
25%: Partners with Operating Unit LTs to identify appropriate learning strategies and focus areas, enabling learning system compliance and effectiveness across Tech Ops. Key responsibilities include technical learning needs analysis, performance consulting, and partnering with site Training Leads to prioritize key learning interventions in support of customer requirements and evolving Regulatory requirements
20%: Provide guidance and support to site leadership teams, and site or center Training Leads to implement learning and human performance model strategies and compliance, driving performance and continuous improvement and coaching in the implementation of the Tech Ops Learning Organization strategy
15%: Works with the Head of Learning to implement and drive Tech Ops Learning Organization strategy, as Learning Business Partner in the assigned area.
15%: Promotes the standardization of technical learning core programs, competency based training interventions, and learning system processes
10%: Partner with OpU sites and center functions in deploying the maturity assessment tools. Work with Learning Program Office Lead on analytics and reports for OpU LT and thereafter ensure identified improvements are incorporated into Tech Ops learning strategy or site specific actions
10%: Support the Learning Community of Practice, best practice replication, LMS utilization, consistency of learning standards, coaching & development of site training leads across Tech Ops
5%: Trends operating unit learning system results and shares with leadership to ensure ongoing support for learning and improvements needed
