  • Document financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Maintain accounting controls and recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Collaborate with accounting team to support various accounting projects and activities on a daily basis.
  • Prepare period end journals entries for prepayments, accruals, and amortizations.
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure all ledgers are accurate according to company policies.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements including supporting reports for management.
  • Manage inventory cost adjustment process.
  • Assist with annual audit preparation and tax reporting.
