Assists with the protection, prosecution and/or enforcement of Bloomberg BNA's intellectual property and contractual rights.. Identifies, manages and protects Bloomberg BNA against legal risks.. Resolves pre-litigation disputes when possible.. Develops, implements and ensures compliance with corporate policies.. JD from an ABA accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials and member of a state bar in good standing.. Contract negotiation experience; experience with content and IP licensing, including software and technology.. Ability to engage in complex legal analyses and communicate in terms understandable to customers, business owners and senior leaders..
